‘Effortless’ style just reached a whole new level, making getting dressed in the morning even easier!

Pajama dressing was the walk of the town at New York’s Spring fashion week. Top designers Alexander Wang, Vena Cava and Michael Kors debuted the interesting new trend. Long bathrobes, draw- string pants and lace gowns were all on show and it would seem that all your favourite prints and textures can now be worn night and day! Polka dots, checks, florals, colours, you name it, if you've worn it to bed you can now wear it during the day.

While it definitely takes an eye for fashion to pull this look off, there’s no doubting the fun to be had in the process! Suno, Band of Outsiders and Reed Krakoff, who showed off a much sexier collection, were also among the elite fashion industry that showcased the new look. Karen Walker’s latest collection plays on pretty florals and Michael Kors’ wide legged, long flowing pants look both comfortable and surprisingly very chic.

Be assured the style is ‘inspired’ by night wear and unfortunately you can’t wear your pajamas to work and excuse it as the latest fashion!

Full skirts, 70s inspired wide length pants and military style also walked the run way this season.
